Your designs are totally dependent on the style and feel of what you’re looking for however we can provide designs from illustrations to vectors right back to hand drawn designs. We also have a catalog of designs that you can choose from and if needs be you may select from our samples so we can build something close to that design or have an idea of what you want
We offer all forms of graphical services Logos | Poster Designs right down to mock ups and schematics for projects | After Effects | VFX and more.
Unlike other photo our design studios we like to give all our clients and customers a wide array of options so in this case YES we do. Not only do we send you the design or images but we send the actual files which normally includes the following: .PSD (Photoshop) | .AI (Illustrator) | AEI (After Effects) | Fonts | Image Assets and more for you to freely edit.
- Giving these files away does not necessarily means that we will no longer work on that project but instead give clients and customers the option to save money on revisions and making simplistic changes.
We normally promise 3-4 business days to complete a design in its entirety, if we complete it before the allotted time we highly recommend using the rest of the time to review the design so we can make changes if needs be.
The first 50% payed on the start of a project is non-refundable unless our designers assigned to that project has not started it as yet.
- What do you classify as a start project?
In order to get 100% refund, we classify that the project progression does not go on for at least 50% of the designer’s effort in making it or of the work put into it. We also classify 50% as half of the overall design being done (not included the actual information to be placed on the design.)

Yes, a contract will be provided but first a consultation needs to be done to get the details of your project to be undertaken.
What we do is pretty straight forward instructions will always be provided and explained in detail in all our contracts before we undergo any and all task vice versa all other information can be found in our privacy policies | Terms & Agreements | Disclaimers etc.

We offer payment options of a wide variety Scotia Bank Online Banking Platform, Bank Wire from Scotiabank and NCB, we also take PayPal, CashApp deposits.
Projects or any services that are in the range of $10,000 JMD upwards we take a 50% deposit to start and the other 50% upon project completion before disbursal of any files or images that have been branded with our business logo to be removed upon final payment.
- Projects that are under the $10,000 JMD margin a quote will be provide with detail cost of project and should be payed before start of project through any of our payment options
- Ultimately a receipt or screenshot of this transaction should be sent via email to payments@darkzidestudios.com or WhatsApp for confirmation (we do not access verbal confirmation of any kind to validate or justify that a payment has been made).
Yes, we do printing as well and are partnered with other printries both locally and internationally to get your prints were ever and whenever you need them on request.
Yes, all our clients are entitled to 1 Major Review|Revison as detailed: What we classify as a major review is changing the overall look and design of the project that comes at no additional cost etc.
- 3 Minor Review|Revison as detailed: What we classify as a minor review is little changes that will not affect the overall layout of the design this may include changes such as Font changing, Color Scheme Changing, movements of objects or design assets to other locations for better appeal, adding or subtracting assets from the design etc.
- Any changes outside of the 1 Major and 3 minor changes given will come at an additional cost stated in our services section
Yes, you can get your designs before the 3 days however that is classified under an Expedited Cost details of this can be found in our services section outlining the cost of each services and add-ons if needed. NB. We at Darkzide Studios are trained professionals that strive for the utmost quality we do give a disclaimer that having work don’t in a shorter time does not drop our quality but for you a client may get less time to review and gives more room for error in which leads us to create in-accurate designs with information which we have no control over.
Darkzide studio is an exclusive design and Content | Business Market Solutions Studio. Purchasing a membership from us unlocks certain privileges not available over the counter our online. We have created a form that can be filled out with all the information that is required for us to know and any information you may have failed to recall when telling us when starting a specific project ect. Each form varies with different questions that are geared towards the specific service that you need done and as always you are able to contact us if your query gets a lil too complex for us to process on one form alone (This form can also be found on the service section of our website or emailed on request)
Darkzide Studios hold the rights to claim and terminate any contractual agreement, created materials by its designers for the customers and any use of tools and equipment provided to the customer in a digital format after a 60-day time period. We will not disburse any files before the final payment is made outside of the draft file for viewing. It is imperative that all customer project balance be cleared to avoid any discrepancy or misdemeanor on our client side as we do continue to provide good service and want to be in good standing with all our clientele.
Any files and documentation that ties you to your business will be discarded with immediate effect however any designs and work done by our company can and will be used back for future projects and or to build our designers portfolio.
